Today, Shoreline Estates manages over 30 residential blocks across the Fylde Coast, including St Annes, Blackpool, Bispham, Poulton, Knott End, Hambleton, Thornton-Cleveleys, and Fleetwood.

Shoreline Estates as your company secretary.
Full Secretarial Services
Dealing with solicitor’s enquiries regarding sale of properties and issue of Share Certificates and notification to Companies House
Dealing with contractors including Gardener, Window Cleaning, Fire Assessors
Co-ordination of works of general maintenance and contracts.
Payment on behalf of the company of all invoices
Manage and run the Annual General Meeting AGM. To include the electing of officials, minutes, and budget management
Periodic site inspections which include security, fire risk assessment management and maintenance.
Day to day bookkeeping
Production of yearly expenditure and forecast
Service Charge Collection
Obtaining quotations from contractors for a project over the pre agreed limits and present to directors.
Project management of any contractors that are needed to visit site and ensure credentials are in place.
Out of hour emergency contact telephone number for all shareholders
Free use of Meeting Room at Shoreline Estates offices for your AGM and other required meetings.
Leaseholder Welcome Pack – This is a service is a brand-new service that Shoreline Estates are providing. A specifically designed leaseholder pack to ensure that each new shareholder is aware of all the information on the development.
